I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, very near Hayes station and with a close link to the airport. The rooms were cozy with all the basic amenities, but having a shared bathroom could be a downside. The service was excellent when the manager was there, and housekeeping did a great job. The home-made muffins at dining were a nice touch. The facilities were good overall, but some areas could use a bit of improvement.
